REFUND POLICY
We do not provide item’s exchange, but for some circumstances (which is approved by our management), you can request for a refund within 3 days of receiving the goods provided it is UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. We will refund you back within 2 weeks after we have received and inspected the return item.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you. Buyer will bear the costs of deliveries, returns and taxes if imposed.

 

RETURNS POLICY
At Lora, we want you to be happy with our product. If there are any defect we are offering a no quibble 7 days return policy for any defective items. Yep, you read that right.
